To this end, REALTORS® providing “Full Service for Less” anywhere in the United States and Canada are being given the opportunity to reserve an Exclusive Online Marketing, Prospect Referral, and Income Generation System for one or more cities that they serve.
Reserve your Exclusive City Website for the City or Cities of your choice –All Cities are available on a first reserved basis and are subject to the Right of First Refusal held by the Broker who controls the Real Estate Savings Center Brandchise for your MLS Association area. If we do not yet have a Broker selected for your MLS Association area, you should invite your Broker to participate in our real estate Brandchise network.
ONLY ONE ”FULL SERVICE FOR LESS” REAL ESTATE AGENT IN EACH CITY WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR NETWORK MEMBERSHIP AND THEREBY HAVE THEIR EXISTING MLS-IDX WEBSITE MARKETED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CITY OR CITIES THEY CAN RESERVE, PLUS THEY WILL ENJOY:
- EXCLUSIVE MARKETING: The MLS-IDX website of only one “Full Service For Less” Realtor® in each city will be marketed through our network of highly ranked real estate Gateways including but not limited to: : ABuyersAgent.com, ASellersAgent.com, BestHomeSearch.com, BestHouseBuilders.com, BestMortgageLoans.com, RealEstateSavingsCenter.com, and TheMLSSearchEngine.com.
- EXCLUSIVE REFERRALS: To generate more Prospects Referral Leads for you as a local network Agent, we create and search engine optimize an Exclusive City Agent Website for your City or Cities of choice. We do all of the Set Up, Marketing, Networking, Website Updating and Maintenance work for you at no additional cost. Any and all prospect inquiries for the city or cities you reserve are automatically sent to your email in the form or a Referred Prospect Lead with no referral fees to pay.
- INCOME GENERATION: Even if you never convert any of the Prospect Leads we send into moneymaking deals, you easily generate additional income for yourself or your team in the following ways:
- We pay you an ongoing 30% Residual based on any fees we receive from any Full Service Discount Brokers or Agents in North America that you refer to us, and for as long and you and they remain Network Members.
- You can earn 30% Referral Fees – As a Real Estate Savings Center Network Member you have the opportunity and the option to send and receive referrals to other Members throughout North America. We suggest 30% but it is up to you, and we take no portion of your referral fee.
- You can earn 30% of the Advertising Revenue from your areas site(s) by offering Advertising including Video Ads on your Exclusive City Websites. All you have to do is let your preferred local service providers know they can sign up on your site. We do all of the selling, the linking, the marketing, and the website maintenance work for you. This income can easily offset our monthly marketing fee and make you a nice profit.
The Real Estate Savings Center, LLC charges the following Exclusive City Agent Website Marketing Fees:
- $19 monthly for One Exclusive City Website
- $ 5 per month for each additional website reserved
- Monthly fees are guaranteed for 12-months
- You can cancel at anytime without further cost or obligation
Importantly, since it will typically take the Search Engines up to 6-months to Index and Rank your Exclusive City Website, we think you will find it makes good sense to commit to the Real Estate Savings Center’s Online Marketing, Referral, and Income System for at least a 6-month period. However it is up to you, and you can cancel at anytime for any reason with no additional cost or obligation.
